Southwestern Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 5 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3/4 cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic and oil; mix well.
- Rub mixture over all surfaces of tenderloin.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
- Slice to serve.
Do not place meat directly on the grill after removing it from the refrigerator. Place it on the counter while preparing your fire.
