Southwestern Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 5 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 3/4 cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic and oil; mix well.
  2. Rub mixture over all surfaces of tenderloin.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Slice to serve.

Do not place meat directly on the grill after removing it from the refrigerator. Place it on the counter while preparing your fire.
