Ingredients
- 3/4 c paprika
- 1/4 c black pepper
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 T onion powder
- 2 T dry mustard
- 1/4 c celery salt
- 2 T lemon zest, dried
Instructions
- Mix paprika, peppers, sugar, onion powder, mustard, salt and lemon zest.
- Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
- Rub on chicken 8-10 hours before grilling or smoking.
