Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 3-4 lb pork roast
  • 1 cup broth (my favorite to use is chicken broth)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients (except cornstarch) in a 2-cup measuring cup. Whisk together and pour over roast.
  2. Cook on low 10-12 hours for that fall-apart, insanely tender type of meat. (Or on high 6-8 hours.)
