Garlic Rub

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 T fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the garlic, parsley, and cayenne.
  2. Slowly add oil while mixing.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  4. Rub on poultry, beef, pork, or fish before grilling.
