Coq Au Vin Broth Fondue

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups Vegetable broth
- ½ cup Alcoholic beverage, wine, table, red
- ½ cup Mushrooms, raw
- 2 eaches Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
Instructions
- Heat vegetable stock in a saucepan over medium heat or a fondue pot until simmering; add red wine, mushrooms, green onions, and garlic. Simmer until broth is aromatic, about 15 minutes.
