Coq Au Vin Broth Fondue

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups Vegetable broth
  • ½ cup Alcoholic beverage, wine, table, red
  • ½ cup Mushrooms, raw
  • 2 eaches Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
  • 2 cloves Garlic, raw

Instructions

  • Heat vegetable stock in a saucepan over medium heat or a fondue pot until simmering; add red wine, mushrooms, green onions, and garlic. Simmer until broth is aromatic, about 15 minutes.
