Citrus-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 T ketchup
  • 2 T hoisin sauce
  • 1 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp hot chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 T soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, hoisin sauce, vinegar, orange zest, chili sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce and curry.
  2. Add the tenderloins to the bowl, turning to coat both sides well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3-8 hours.
  4. Lightly oil the grate. Wipe most of the marinade off the tenderloins, and grill indirectly over medium heat, turning once, until the center is barely pink, for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Carve into thick slices.
