Egyptian Style Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 T plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 onion, cut into 8 thin slices
- 4 sm tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, salt, turmeric, mustard, curry powder, cardamom, lemon juice, and vinegar.
- Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and pour mixture over top.
- Thoroughly coat chicken and let stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Thread chicken onto skewers alternating with the onion and tomatoes.
- Grill for 10 minutes. Brush with marinade half way through the cooking time.
