Ingredients

  • 1/4 c black pepper
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 T sugar
  • 2 T salt
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 c paprika

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix peppers, sugar, salt, mustard and paprika.
  2. Work half of rub into pork meat 12-24 hours before cooking.
  3. Apply remaining rub before smoking.
