Basic Pork Rub

Ingredients
- 1/4 c black pepper
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 T sugar
- 2 T salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 c paprika
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix peppers, sugar, salt, mustard and paprika.
- Work half of rub into pork meat 12-24 hours before cooking.
- Apply remaining rub before smoking.
