For pork, chicken or beef
Ingredients
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c cooking oil
- 1/4 c water
- 2 T molasses
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine sugar, soy sauce, oil, water, molasses, garlic, ginger, mustard, and salt in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a sealable glass container and store in the refrigerator.
- Shake before using.
- Marinade meat for at least 4 hours before grilling.
