Strawberry Coconut Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 can (13.66 ounces) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen whole strawberries
- 1/4 cup light agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour coconut milk in blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
- To use fresh strawberries: Use 3 cups halved strawberries in place of the frozen strawberries. Add 1 to 2 cups ice for desired consistency.
- Strawberry-Banana Smoothie: Add 1 banana, sliced, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon with the strawberries.
